Ezra Zion made the Traditional Boutique Inaugural Edition cigar in remembrance of the first craft/boutique cigars that the company's owners got into when first venturing into the cigar hobby/lifestyle. The cigars are said to be small batch, not being ultra-limited but not a full-on core-line cigar either. With the Inaugural Edition, Ezra Zion modeled the cigar's profile after their favorite smokes from "back in the day," and the price point is set in the same nostalgically low realm as well. The cigars use a Corojo '99 wrapper over all-Nicaraguan binder and filler.

The Cold Draw :

The flavors are of dark cherry, cedar, leather, and cocoa powder

Flavors

1st :

Initial puffs from this cigar have blue corn, dried plum, molasses, oak, wheat germ, chia, borbon cask, gray clay, cocoa powder, with delicate nugat notes with clover on the back.

2nd:

The second third brings notes of malt, navel orange are still present with a new hint of cedar, ground white paper, dill, corn tortilla, and a hint of dried bell pepper

3rd:

The last third has notes of plum, black apricot, and Bing Cherry. It's still not a harsh note in this cigar, and notes of cedar and vanillin are still present. A back note of wet leather and soil have now developed with a citrus note like of pomello. .

The Draw :

I did a V cut, The draw is constant and smooth with no ristance to it but did purge a few times.

The Burn :

Even burn with an excellent retro, moderate smoke output, and good ash burn

The Appearance :

There is a good amount of smoke output to this cigar.

It was wrapped with a single label with a black background, and a red rose with the name of the cigar on top and the name of the cigar brand on the bottom

Final Thoughts:

This cigar is very mellow with no harsh or sharp flavor notes. A great cigar for a beginner and a smooth one to have on a 100+ degree day that you want something not as strong
