Our co-founder, Steve Wagner, has long enjoyed pairing a fine cigar with a great beer, inspiring a tradition of hosting indulgent beer-and-cigar pairing dinners. Join us for a multi-course dinner featuring a Thanksgiving-inspired menu, perfectly paired beers, and three cigars included with your ticket.

Duck Confit & Triple-Crème Brie,

French baguette layered with rich duck confit, triple-crème Brie, and pickled cranberry.

Beef tenderloin with sautéed wild chanterelle mushrooms, black truffle sabayon, and a crisp parmesan tuile.

Frisée and arugula with champagne-poached pear, warm bacon lardon vinaigrette, crisp potato, maple-glazed pecans, and fried shallots.

Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Ballotine

Bacon-wrapped turkey ballotine, brioche stuffing, crimini mushroom duxelles, cranberry compote, brown-butter sweet potatoes, charred bourbon-glazed Brussels sprouts, thyme jus, and a poultry crackling.
